The Institute offers Bachelors Degree in Catering Technology and Culinary, (BCT&CA) which is affiliated to Osmania University. The program is designed to prepare culinary professionals with the technical skills, management training and exposure to the culinary arts that creates a well balanced individual with many opportunities for career growth. Our graduates are prepared for immediate entry into a growing job market as proficient chefs.

My education from Indian Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts has allowed me to begin a successful and fulfilling entrepreneurial career. After my initial one year of operational experience, I ventured into a free-lance photography of interior designing, there after becoming an employment generator and started my own company, Pepper Homes, an interior designing and furniture designing. My inherent interest and keenness into upkeep of hotels & homes ignited my passion towards creating my own brand. I must say, that IIHMCA Has definitely ensured that I realise my dream by getting a basic real-time operational experience in a 5-star luxury hotel. I was able to hone my abilities due to the various events held in the college during my study and the constant push by the faculty to learn the hard way. I attribute my success to my academic journey at IIHMCA.
When I first stepped into Indian Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts campus, I knew deep within, that with the kind of infrastructure and facilities the institute offered, I would excel. My passion is “food “in terms of preparation, plate presentation andinnovations as I always wanted to be a Chef. The classroom teaching coupled with practical sessions provided me the zeal required in nurturing my talent. The overall experience gained during professional training in a starred hotel and participation in various curricular and co-curricular activities enhanced my performance both personally and professionally. The teaching-learning experience has been great over the three years and all the credit goes to the institute, dedicated chefs, faculty, great and committed administration workforce, and my fellow students.
